IAC Fellows

IAC Fellows provides high-achieving students with unique career and leadership development opportunities. These students are from under-served and under-resourced communities but do not get confused; it is not an ordinary internship. It is a mega-internship that can change lives.

The idea of a college internship is ubiquitous, so we went the extra mile to set the IAC Fellows program apart. We pitched a three-part video series with two strategic goals.

Why does the program exist, and how has it accomplished traction? We interviewed top-level executives to understand the motivation and purpose of the internship.

To do so, we closely followed program participants and witnessed the impact the fellowship has on their education and the trajectory of their careers.

Our suite of videos showcased a story of opportunity and achievement, and what can happen when students apply a generous amount of ambition to their goals. We are proud of every IAC Fellow and were highly honored to tell their story.
